To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

- Installation performed outside of ROA
- Off-road or overland activities
- Delays, defects, or incompatibility issues
Liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
7. Vehicle Warranty Disclaimer
Aftermarket modifications and installations may affect or void manufacturer warranties. ROA is not responsible for any impact on factory warranties or compliance with vehicle regulations.
