Welcome to Revelation Overland Adventures (“ROA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Services
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Products & Services
ROA specializes in overland vehicle equipment, parts, and custom installations. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
Custom-built or special-order items may vary slightly from descriptions or images due to the nature of fabrication and supplier variations.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed upon for custom or installation work.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to fees, especially for custom or special-order items already in production or ordered from suppliers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. ROA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms.
7. Installation & Vehicle Modifications
ROA provides installation services and aftermarket modifications. By purchasing or installing products through us, you acknowledge:
- Aftermarket parts may affect vehicle performance, warranty, or manufacturer specifications
- Off-road and overland use carries inherent risks
- Proper use, maintenance, and installation are the responsibility of the vehicle owner
ROA is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation (outside our shop), or failure to follow product guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
9. Warranties
Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. ROA does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for honoring third-party manufacturer warranties but will assist customers in the claims process when possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of ROA and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your information and take reasonable measures to protect it.
12. Changes to Terms
